To make this quick soup, take a pressure cooker and add oil, along with chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, 1 cup chopped boneless chicken, and keep stirring. Add ½ cup soaked barley, drain the water. Add barley, spices like red chili powder, kitchen king masala, black pepper, coriander leaves and 3 cups of vegetable stock. Pressure cook the soup for 3 whistles. Turn off the flame, open the lid, take out the chicken pieces on the serving bowl. Allow the rest of it to cool down a bit and blend it into a smooth soup, pour it over the meat pieces and garnish with coriander and enjoy.
